Main Duties & Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation of leases and related documentation for new leases and renewals.
  • Manage the documentation related to variations, novation, and termination of leases.
  • Prepare correspondence for lease issues, including reminders to tenants regarding their obligations.
  • Conduct due diligence and business profile searches for potential tenants.
  • Maintain and update the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for lease administration.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external audit requirements.
  • Track lease compliance and facilitate billing processes through the in-house system.
  • Process refunds for security deposit, etc.
  • Work collaboratively with legal advisors to draft agreements.
  • Provide administrative support to the department, including document management and office supplies management.
Reports
  • Compile and maintain reports related to Lease, JTC sublet monitoring, etc.
  • Support departmental initiatives and special projects as required.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Real Estate, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in lease administration or related areas.
  • Familiarity with landlord/tenant relationships and lease terms.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong team player with effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive self-starter with a keen interest in learning and contributing positively.
  • Attention to detail, resourcefulness, and analytical skills are essential.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
