- Provide administrative support to the marine operations team.
- Maintain organized records and documentation related to marine activities.
- Coordinate logistics and scheduling for marine operations, including vessel movements and crew schedules.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- In-charge of the Department reference publication library.
- Monitor and track expenses, budgets, and inventory related to marine operations.
- Assist with procurement of marine supplies and equipment.
- Handle travel arrangements and accommodations for marine personnel.
- Support safety and compliance initiatives by maintaining records and documentation.
- Perform general office tasks such as filing, photocopying, and handling incoming/outgoing mail.
- Diploma in marine engineering or similar field (maritime or engineering majors are preferred)
- At least 2 years’ work experience in oil trading industry and in similar role
- Meticulous, diligent and professional
- Good drafting and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft office applications, including Words and Excel
