Job Description:Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the marine operations team.
  • Maintain organized records and documentation related to marine activities.
  • Coordinate logistics and scheduling for marine operations, including vessel movements and crew schedules.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • In-charge of the Department reference publication library.
  • Monitor and track expenses, budgets, and inventory related to marine operations.
  • Assist with procurement of marine supplies and equipment.
  • Handle travel arrangements and accommodations for marine personnel.
  • Support safety and compliance initiatives by maintaining records and documentation.
  • Perform general office tasks such as filing, photocopying, and handling incoming/outgoing mail.
RequirementsRequirements:
  • Diploma in marine engineering or similar field (maritime or engineering majors are preferred)
  • At least 2 years’ work experience in oil trading industry and in similar role
  • Meticulous, diligent and professional
  • Good drafting and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft office applications, including Words and Excel
