[What the role is] This role supports the Senior Manager for Marcomms to chart IMDA’s marketing and communications strategy and orchestrate the delivery of impactful campaigns and outreach for IMDA’s policies, programmes and initiatives.[What you will be working on]Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with business/industry comms and internal stakeholders to understand their priorities and effectively design integrated campaigns that drive results.
  • Support Senior Manager to develop and execute integrated campaigns across multiple channels to meet programme targets and deliverables. (Includes print, digital, social, activations, partnerships and sponsorships)
  • Work closely within Comms & Marketing Division to harmonise plans and ensure coherence in IMDA’s narratives and campaign messaging with intended audiences.
  • Use analytics and social listening tools to measure effectiveness of campaigns, inform policies and initiatives, as well as nudge behavioural change.
  • Management of panels of vendors and service providers from the WOG approved contract framework
[What we are looking for]Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of working experience in marketing with a background in marketing, mass communications or related field.
  • Adept at collaborating and managing multiple stakeholders internally and externally, including media, creative and digital agencies.
  • Strong understanding of martech tech stacks and experienced in digital-led marcoms campaigns.
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools for data-driven measurement of campaigns.
  • Purpose-led and passionate to pursue best-in-class campaigns and work that drive results.
  • Calm disposition with ability to navigate and perform in fast-paced and dynamic environments.
  • Experience in infocomm media related fields and media is advantageous, but not a pre-requisite.
