
Manager, Marcomms (Communications & Marketing Division)

- Work closely with business/industry comms and internal stakeholders to understand their priorities and effectively design integrated campaigns that drive results.
- Support Senior Manager to develop and execute integrated campaigns across multiple channels to meet programme targets and deliverables. (Includes print, digital, social, activations, partnerships and sponsorships)
- Work closely within Comms & Marketing Division to harmonise plans and ensure coherence in IMDA's narratives and campaign messaging with intended audiences.
- Use analytics and social listening tools to measure effectiveness of campaigns, inform policies and initiatives, as well as nudge behavioural change.
- Management of panels of vendors and service providers from the WOG approved contract framework
- At least 5 years of working experience in marketing with a background in marketing, mass communications or related field.
- Adept at collaborating and managing multiple stakeholders internally and externally, including media, creative and digital agencies.
- Strong understanding of martech tech stacks and experienced in digital-led marcoms campaigns.
- Familiarity with web analytics tools for data-driven measurement of campaigns.
- Purpose-led and passionate to pursue best-in-class campaigns and work that drive results.
- Calm disposition with ability to navigate and perform in fast-paced and dynamic environments.
- Experience in infocomm media related fields and media is advantageous, but not a pre-requisite.
