- A minimum 15-18 years of HR experience including significant HR business partnering experience within the technology, professional services, financial services sectors, or MNC environment.
- Ability to build successful relationships with senior business and HR leaders, and aligning HR strategy with business needs.
- A track record of acting as a trusted advisor to senior management, influencing and getting buy-in, and working collaboratively with senior stakeholders.
- Extensive experience in talent management, employee relations, and employee and client engagement.
- Data curious and an ability to input, analyse and present HR data to senior leadership.
- Driving people processes to ensure performance and capabilities meet current and future standards.
- Benchmarking internal and external processes and policies to enhance business performance and employee satisfaction.
- You should also have good commercial acumen, strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- You are a self-starter who is happy to be hands-on in all aspects of Human Resources.
- Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced and highly dynamic environment is essential to this role.
