Technical Specialist

• Empower users through seamless system setup, documentation, and engaging end-user training experiences.
• Provide exceptional after-sales technical support, swiftly resolving challenges and leaving customers satisfied.
• Foster strong partnerships with manufacturers, accessing top-notch technical support and streamlining RMA processes.
• Masterfully comprehend and interpret technical plans, specifications, and schematic block diagrams to deliver outstanding results.
• Showcase expertise in hand/power tools, test equipment, wiring/cabling, and termination, ensuring precision and excellence in every task.

• Proficient in Professional Audio, Video, Lighting, and IT networks.
• Experience or background in media technology/AV media technology/ multimedia technology is preferred.
• 1-2 years’ verifiable experience in setting up, installing, and supporting such systems preferred.
• Experience in Q-SYS Design (LUA or Block) programming would be an added advantage.
• Excellent customer interaction skills with confidence and strong customer service abilities.
• Adaptable and efficient in managing tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment, with a willingness to learn and provide optimal solutions to customers.
• A diploma in a media technology-related field of study is preferred.
