As part of our evolving Asia Financial Lines team, you’ll enhance claims speed, service quality, loss control, and cost management-shaping the future of claims handling in a critical insurance sector.What You’ll Do:Manage and supervise Med Mal & PI claims with precision and strategic insightDrive improvements in claims processes, including digital innovationsCollaborate with regional teams, brokers, and stakeholders to ensure exceptional serviceOversee large loss management and timely reportingMentor and develop talent in a matrix environmentEnsure claims align with policy terms, company guidelines, and local regulationsWhat We’re Looking For:7+ years managing PI and Med Mal claims, ideally across AsiaStrong problem-solving, negotiation, and leadership skillsPassion for technology and process innovation, including AI applicationsLaw degree or equivalent qualificationProven ability to influence, execute, and drive resultsIf interest, click “Apply” and shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
