Join a leading global insurer and play a key role in strengthening claims handling across Asia for Medical Malpractice (Med Mal) and Professional Indemnity (PI). This role focuses on driving efficiency, improving service delivery, and optimizing loss control and cost management.Key Responsibilities:Manage and resolve Med Mal and PI claims across Asia in line with policy terms and best practices.Oversee large and complex claims within delegated authority, ensuring timely escalation and reporting.Collaborate with regional and local stakeholders to streamline claims processes and implement digital solutions.Maintain strong relationships with brokers, clients, and internal teams to support business goals.Monitor claims trends and provide insights to underwriting and risk teams.Support leadership in overseeing broader Financial Lines claims when needed.Mentor and develop claims professionals, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.What You Bring:7+ years of experience in PI and Med Mal claims, preferably across Asian markets.Strong customer focus with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Proven leadership in improving claims outcomes and managing complex portfolios.Skilled in stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and communication.Forward-thinking, with an interest in emerging technologies and innovation.Law degree or equivalent preferred.
