- Support the Head of HR in driving the strategic HR objectives especially in the areas of change management and transformation
- Partner closely with business leaders to oversee the Singapore people agenda and deliver best-in-class HR solutions and services
- Oversee a team of HR professionals in the day to day HR operational matters including talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, payroll and learning & development
- Degree qualified with a HR-related degree with 12 to 15 years experience across the full spectrum of HR preferably in mid to large size organisations
- At least 5 years of team management experience, HR experience in similar industries will be a bonus.
- Sound knowledge of the Employment Act, Human Resource organisational policies, processes and best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and consulting skills in dealing with employees at all levels of the organization, including leadership, influencing and relationship-building across functions.
- A strong sense of ownership with high personal integrity
