  • Promptly respond to customer inquiries regarding pricing and delivery schedules, both verbally and in writing
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints effectively and in a timely manner
  • Monitor market competition by staying updated on pricing, product offerings, lead times, and other relevant data
  • Process customer orders efficiently, including order entry, contract review, and invoicing
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen strong business and interpersonal relationships with existing and prospective customers across Southeast Asia
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support and meet company-wide objectives and performance goals
  • Prepare oral and written reports for management on customer needs, issues, interests, competitive threats, market trends, and opportunities for new products or services
  • Consistently achieve or exceed invoicing and booking targets, in alignment with goals set by the Sales Manager
Requirements:
  • Al least 2-3 years of commercial experience in steel distribution, precision engineering, or Oil & Gas
  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Mechanical Engineering, or Materials Science (or equivalent discipline)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
