[What the role is]Culinary Specialist[What you will be working on]Create product/recipes to refine taste profile for alternative ingredients and for mass production purposes.Review and modify methods to improve quality of new food products and recipesCollaborate with food scientist to achieve desirable product attributes and conduct sensory evaluation on food productsDesign and convert meals for ready-to-eat, ready-to-serve purposes, etc.Supervise students in their FYP/project/internshipPartake in administrative duties related to the culinary R&DInvolve in industry engagement and networking[What we are looking for]3 to 5 years of relevant culinary professional experience working in a fast-paced commercial kitchen environment.Team player who can work independently.Creative in developing and presenting products and ideas.Good communication skills and interpersonal skills.PC-literate with proficiency in MS Office.Certified in Basic Food HygieneThose with HACCP knowledge or FSMS certificate will have an added advantage
