Job DescriptionSpecialist Recruiter (Entry Level)Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target industries.
Drive business development, build long-term client relationships, and expand the firm’s market presence.
Source for suitable candidates through advertising campaigns, social media, networking, and referrals.
Manage end-to-end recruitment process

Requirements:

Possess a Bachelor in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
At least 2 years of working experience in recruitment/ executive search
Background in Engineering, Supply Chain, Data Centres, Energy, Chemical, Oil and Gas sectors.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
