Our client is a leading Japanese construction and engineering firm specializing in infrastructure development, civil engineering, and urban development projects. As they continue to drive growth and expansion, they are now seeking a Coordination Manager to join their team and contribute to their ongoing success.Key Responsibilities
- Manage coordination works for civil & structural, architectural, and utility diversions.
- Lead meetings and foster collaboration with SWC contractors.
- Oversee interfaces for tunnel projects, ensuring smooth design and approval processes including TFP/TOP.
- Liaise with government and utility agencies to secure site clearance.
- Collaborate with consultants and contractors to coordinate design and construction matters, aiming to secure timely design approvals.
- Degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Advanced Certificate in Construction Productivity (ACCP) or Specialist Diploma in Construction Productivity (SDCP) is advantageous.
- Minimum of 8 years of engineering experience, with at least 5 years in managing Civil & Structure, Architectural, and/or E&M Building Services for complex projects.
- Proven experience in managing design and construction interfaces for transit projects, with a solid understanding of design and approval processes.
- In-depth knowledge of TFP/TOP processes.
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with key stakeholders, including MP's office.
