For more information, visit . ​Summary of RoleWe are seeking a Senior Manufacturing Quality Engineer to join our MQA operation team. The successful candidate will oversee the operation of quality systems related to manufacturing and engineering processes, ensuring compliance and maintaining procedures to achieve high-quality products.This position is based at our GlobalFoundries office at SingaporeResponsibilities include:Ensure compliance and consistent execution according to documented quality systems (PCRB / MRB / ICAR / ISHARE / FMEA / MSA).Execute and enforce customer-specific requirements (CuSR).Track operational activities timely to ensure no delays according to schedule (Validation, facilitation, system closure/lot disposition, action item tracking).Track and publish operational KPIs and customer reports timely.Utilize structural problem-solving skills for quality-related incidents.Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance system/workflow robustness, overall quality, speed, and cost of operations.Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement and collaborate with business functions to implement corrective actions.Prepare for certification as an Auditor and support the organization as an Internal Auditor.Required qualifications:Master/bachelor’s degree in engineering or science is preferred.5 years of work experience in quality assurance, process improvement, SPC or related field, high-tech and/or semiconductor experience is a plus.Auditor experience or certified ISO/IATF/VDA Auditor is a plusProject Management experience is a plusFast learner, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify trends and opportunities for improvement.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with team members and stakeholders.Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a teamLanguage Fluency – English (Written & Verbal)Additional preferred qualifications:Hands on experience on problem solving/troubleshooting skillsWorking knowledge with the requirements of ISO9001, IATF 16949 QMS, VDA6.3 and Automotive requirements.Work experience with multi-national and cross functional environmentsPossess the right attitude to get results with a Growth MindsetGlobalFoundries is an equal opportunity employer, cultivating a diverse and inclusive workforce.
