- Manage and maintain all utility systems-including water, electricity, HVAC, and compressed air-as well as facility services such as building maintenance, cleaning, and site security.
- Oversee performance-based contracts to ensure utilities and facilities services are cost-effective, reliable, and fully compliant.
- Ensure all utilities and facility operations comply with environmental, safety, and quality regulations.
- Drive initiatives focused on improving reliability and energy efficiency, aligned with aggressive cost-reduction goals.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to verify optimal performance and compliance of all utility and facility systems.
- Collaborate with the internal stakeholders to ensure utility and facility operations support overall production requirements.
- Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program for all utilities and facilities, in line with global standards and policies.
- Diploma in Engineering, Building/Facilities Management or other related field
- Preferably at least 5 years of experience in managing utilities and facilities in manufacturing
