Job Category: Engineering TechnicianJob Description:Job SummaryManufacturing Technicians play a key role in supporting production processes and streamlining production lines. Based at our Singapore facility, you will be responsible for supporting daily production line activities, sustaining and enhancing existing processes to enable the efficient, safe, and ergonomic manufacturing of high-quality products.In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Troubleshoot production equipment and product issues, and support yield improvement and process control.
  • Participate in quality processes and projects, including engineering analysis, test coordination, and report generation.
  • Develop, manage, and improve manufacturing instructions and quality improvement plans.
  • Minimize equipment downtime through preventive maintenance, failure analysis, and timely fixes.
  • Coordinate and perform scheduled preventive maintenance, maintain accurate records, and manage spare parts inventory.
  • Carry out other assignments as required.
Who You Are:You deliver messages in a clear, compelling, and concise manner. You always keep the end in sight; puts in extra effort to meet targets. You quickly and decisively take action in fast-changing, unpredictable situations.For This Role, You Will Need:
  • NTC/ITC in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronic Engineering. Preferably with 3 to 4 years of proven experience.
  • Knowledge of production control and maintenance of machinery
  • Good communication skills (verbal & written).
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
  • Experience/interested in automation and machine maintenance will be an added advantage.
