- Negotiate and close sales to meet or exceed targets set by VP Sales and Business Unit Director.
- Develop and nurture professional relationships with new, existing, and potential clients.
- Build and maintain a long-term pipeline of sales opportunities in existing and new markets.
- Support and mentor Business Development Managers and Executives.
- Innovatively pursue new sources of profitable business.
- Ensure accuracy and quality in all sales reporting.
- Create and deliver exceptional sales and tender documents.
- Represent the company at industry events and maintain a professional image.
- Stay informed about industry developments, technologies, competitors, and market trends.
- Keep Business Unit Director informed of all activities and attend sales reviews.
- Adhere to appropriate sign-offs for new business opportunities.
- Manage contract documentation and participate in divisional meetings.
- Degree in Facilities Management or relavent studies.
- 10-15 years of experience in IFM.
- Proven track record in winning complex sales in outsourcing.
- Skilled in consulting with the ability to influence client decision-making.
- Strong team leader with networking skills, strategic thinking, and business acumen.
