  • Negotiate and close sales to meet or exceed targets set by VP Sales and Business Unit Director.
  • Develop and nurture professional relationships with new, existing, and potential clients.
  • Build and maintain a long-term pipeline of sales opportunities in existing and new markets.
  • Support and mentor Business Development Managers and Executives.
  • Innovatively pursue new sources of profitable business.
  • Ensure accuracy and quality in all sales reporting.
  • Create and deliver exceptional sales and tender documents.
  • Represent the company at industry events and maintain a professional image.
  • Stay informed about industry developments, technologies, competitors, and market trends.
  • Keep Business Unit Director informed of all activities and attend sales reviews.
  • Adhere to appropriate sign-offs for new business opportunities.
  • Manage contract documentation and participate in divisional meetings.
skills and experience required
  • Degree in Facilities Management or relavent studies.
  • 10-15 years of experience in IFM.
  • Proven track record in winning complex sales in outsourcing.
  • Skilled in consulting with the ability to influence client decision-making.
  • Strong team leader with networking skills, strategic thinking, and business acumen.
