Job Description:We are looking for an experienced and motivated Company Secretarial Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a broad spectrum of company secretarial duties, managing VCC companies, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring our clients receive exceptional service.Main Job Functions/Tasks:
  • Company Secretarial Duties: Perform a wide range of company secretarial work for our clients in Singapore, ensuring all activities comply with statutory regulations.
  • VCC Management: Manage and administer Variable Capital Companies, including incorporation, registration, and ongoing compliance with the Variable Capital Companies Act.
  • Compliance Management: Assist the team in maintaining and advising clients on the proper maintenance of statutory books and records in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Meetings Coordination: Convene and facilitate shareholders' and board meetings, including preparing agendas, minutes, and all related documentation.
Qualifications:
  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, Corporate Governance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in company secretarial roles, VCC management.
  • Experience in company secretarial tasks such as drafting board resolutions, share transfers, capital increases, and director changes is highly desirable.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
  • Chartered Secretary qualification (e.g., CSIS) or equivalent is an advantage.
  • Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply if they have a strong willingness to learn.
  • Korean language proficiency is preferred to facilitate effective communication with Korean-speaking stakeholders.
