Job Description:Handle customer service inquiries and system operations for eCommerce platform clients (e.g., Lazada, Shopee)Support inbound and outbound operations at the fulfilment warehouse, including inventory controlCoordinate with the Management Support Team at HQ (Korea) to follow up on requests, including general administration and financial system updates for the Singapore entityPerform general administrative tasks in the Singapore officeQualifications:Proficiency in business-level English (written and spoken)Korean language proficiency preferred, to facilitate communication with HQ in KoreaStrong sense of responsibility and a proactive attitudeOpen to fresh graduates or entry-level candidates with a strong willingness to learnOther Information:

Working hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (on-site only due to warehouse operational needs)
