- Assist in planning, coordinating, and implementing workplace wellbeing initiatives (e.g., mental health awareness, wellness challenges, health talks, lifestyle programmes).
- Conduct research on best practices and trends in workplace wellbeing to inform programme design
- Develop communication materials to promote wellbeing activities and resources.
- Support feedback collection through surveys and focus groups to assess programme effectiveness.
- Assist in analysing participation and feedback data to generate insights on employee wellbeing needs.
- Prepare reports and presentations for HR and leadership teams.
- Partnership & Event Coordination
- Liaise with external vendors, trainers, and internal stakeholders to organise wellbeing-related events.
- Provide logistical and administrative support for workshops, campaigns, and seminars.
- Contribute to long-term wellbeing strategy projects such as employee resilience, flexible work practices, and holistic health programmes.
- Benchmark wellbeing frameworks and support business cases for new initiatives.
