- Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities within the build sector
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with various key stakeholders in the Built Environment space, leveraging your connections to expand the company's market reach.
- Proactively generate leads and secure project specifications for Wall Plastering solutions in a B2B and B2C environment
- Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiation of contracts with potential and existing clients.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (design, project management, marketing) to deliver tailored solutions and ensure client satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing feedback and recommendations to the management team.
- Champion an entrepreneurial mindset within the team, contributing to brand growth and the expansion into new market segments.Key qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in the Built industry.
- Proven track record in business development within the Built Sector
- Background in the Built Environment, or related field is highly advantageous.
- Entrepreneurial, proactive mindset with a strong desire to grow the business.
- Established network or strong connections with Developers, Consultancies and Main Contractors are welcomed
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
