We are seeking motivated and dynamic individuals to join our new business unit. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about personal growth through building a career in the finance industry. We are seeking multiple associates for sales & marketing positions, either as an executive or manager (for experienced candidates), or a management trainee for fresh graduates. Continuous on-the-job training is in place to support you! You will be working with leaders and senior team members to understand client needs, provide support, and contribute to overall client satisfaction and business growth.Comprehensive and professional training will be provided (12 weeks)Job DescriptionResponsibilities
  • Liaise with insurers’ underwriting, processing, service, and support teams for quotations, referrals, and appeals.
  • Attend to Salesforce Leads and queries promptly.
Preparation of documents relating to transacted business.
  • Attend to customers' and partners' insurance-related queries.
  • Work on projects to improve the quotation process through digitalization.
  • Responsible for business growth and retention for continuity.
Job Requirements
  • Qualifications: Applicants must have completed an “A” Level, a Local diploma, or a
Bachelor's Degree in business, sales & marketing
  • Skills and Attributes: - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to engage positively with clients and colleagues.
  • Genuine enthusiasm and interest in investment and financial concepts.
  • Experience: - Previous experience in banking or the financial sector is advantageous
but not mandatory.
  • Able to work independently while also contributing effectively to a team
  • Strong understanding of customer needs & market trends
