- Supervise Beauty Advisors to ensure consistent, high-quality customer consultations that align with brand standards.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures in collaboration with Beauty Advisors and Artists.
- Manage inventory operations, including stock replenishment, stocktaking, reservation systems, and minimizing discrepancies.
- Ensure an appealing, organized sales and service floor through effective visual merchandising and strategic product placement to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
- Generate, monitor, and analyze key performance reports, including sales performance, inventory levels, and other KPIs to drive operational efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with the Salon and Academy teams to ensure smooth service operations; assist with English translation support when needed.
- Lead, coach, and motivate store staff to achieve performance goals while addressing employee concerns professionally and constructively.
- Provide expert cosmetic consultations and personalized product recommendations, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Handle and resolve customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, availability, reservations, and deliveries with professionalism and care.
- Oversee staff roster planning, manage appointment reservations, and ensure accurate operation of POS and loyalty systems.
- Carry out additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned by senior management.
- Candidates must possess at least a Degree or Diploma in any field.
- At least 5 years of experience in retail, managerial exposure in the retail industry, preferably with experience in either Cosmetics / Branded boutique along with a track record of successful sales or +8 years of career with people management experience.
- Able to perform retail shift hours / weekends / public holidays
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Native in Korean to liaise with Korean speaking partners. Fluent in English; Other languages proficiency is a strong plus

- Work location: Flagship Store (Orchard area), 27 Scotts Road
- 5-day work week, require working on weekends
