  • Project Director to lead cross functional team
  • Defining project objectives, goals and deadlines.
  • Planning and organizing work, delegating tasks, managing resources and monitoring project progress
  • Understanding the needs and objectives of the project, taking an overall view and maintaining the coherence of the project.
  • Manage and deliver projects within project timeline and budget, as well as the framework of risk and environmental considerations.
  • Review construction progress and address the needs of the stakeholders at various stages of the project.
QualificationsDegree in Project Management, MEP construction, engineering, with PMP cerfitication.Preference to have DC background with greenfield construction experience is a plus.Client project manager, construction manager position prior experience in DC, advance tech, high tech, etcPossess proven experience and knowledge of authority regulations and submission requirements are a must have.Must be able to lead the project and drive outcomeHands on experience in major advance tech green field construction in a plusAdditional InformationOur inspired people share our vision and mission.
