- Develop, implement, and maintain EHS policies, procedures, and management systems aligned with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and SS651 standards.
- Lead EHS planning and execution for construction, commissioning, and operational phases of data center projects.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore's regulatory requirements and corporate EHS standards.
- Conduct hazard identification, risk assessments (RA), and job safety analysis (JSA).
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action tracking.
- Oversee Process Safety Management (PSM) programs and Major Hazard Installation (MHI) reviews.
- Develop and deliver EHS training programs including fire safety, SCBA, emergency preparedness, and behavioral safety.
- Organize fire drills, evacuation exercises, and monthly safety committee meetings.
- Promote a proactive safety culture through awareness campaigns and staff engagement.
- Coordinate internal and external audits (corporate, customer, government).
- Maintain certifications and ensure audit findings are addressed and closed.
- Report EHS KPIs and metrics to regional and corporate leadership.
- Provide EHS oversight for CAPEX projects, including permit applications and Pre-Startup Safety Reviews (PSSR).
- Support business continuity planning and due diligence for new acquisitions or expansions.
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of EHS experience, preferably in data centers, construction, or industrial environments.
- Registered Workplace Safety Officer (WSHO) with MOM and Environmental Control Officer (ECO) with NEA.
