- Achieve weekly lead generation targets.
- Originate new client engagements.
- Undertake market outreach programs based on strategic initiatives
- Collaborate with marketing teams to manage sales campaigns.
- Support Senior Business Development in sales processes if required.
- Ensure robust knowledge of Apex’s offering and value proposition.
- Assist Senior Business Development with cross-sell initiatives across services lines and geographies.
- Work closely with and build strong collaborative relationship with sales, marketing, client onboarding, operations and other functions.
- Follow internal sales and non-sales process and compliance requirements. Includes management reporting, salesforce maintenance, attendance at internal meetings, assistance with onboarding as required, ensure agreed project deliverables are met.
- Any other tasks that may be assigned.
- 2+ year’s relevant experience in a client facing function.
- Strong verbal and written English skills are essential.
- Strong self-confidence, ability to contribute to discussion with target clients.
- Highly organized, ability to manage multiple projects.
- Possess a strong work ethic, as well as uncompromising integrity.
- Experience with CRM systems preferred
