- Setting up and stocking up the pastry / dessert station with all necessary supplies
- Daily mise en place, preparing for service, ensuring the station is kept at the highest hygiene and food safety standards
- Running the pastry/dessert section with the Pastry Chef
- Ensuring items are ordered, received, and stored in proper condition, ensuring proper usage of food with minimal food waste
- All other tasks as delegated
- Go above and beyond to make someone else's day
- Are thoughtful and kind, while upholding high standards
- Own outcomes and drive solutions
- Are ever-curious and always learning
