You will directly be able to ensure that our guests leave happy and satisfied with the service and experience at our restaurants—especially being able to identify unique opportunities to delight in the day-to-day service.You'll be in charge of:
  • Setting up and stocking up the pastry / dessert station with all necessary supplies
  • Daily mise en place, preparing for service, ensuring the station is kept at the highest hygiene and food safety standards
  • Running the pastry/dessert section with the Pastry Chef
  • Ensuring items are ordered, received, and stored in proper condition, ensuring proper usage of food with minimal food waste
  • All other tasks as delegated
Starting rates at $12+ an hour
