Assistant Vice President, IFRS9 Reporting, Risk Department

• Prepare and manage periodical report of IFRS9 including analysis of ECL, and support the branches in APAC as a regional hub.
• Enhance IFRS9 model, conduct User Acceptance Testing, and maintain documentation including procedure documents, model documents, business requirement documents, etc..Communicate and discuss with external auditor collaborating with financial control department.
• Collaborate with compliance teams to ensure policy alignment and governance readiness for audits or inspections across APAC regions.
• Drive discussions with business, IT and architecture teams to enable practical data governance and implement model changes to enhance reporting processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Risk, Business Management, Data Management, or related fields are required.
• Proficiency in tools such as SAS and VBA is essential for hands-on model development and data analysis.Minimum 5+ years of experience in regulatory reporting, finance, risk roles in a banking is essential.
• Strong knowledge of key regulatory frameworks: IFRS9, BCBS239, MAS requirement.Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills to drive alignment across business and IT teams.
• Team player and strong sense of ownership of outcomes
• Good communication, interpersonal skills and fluent in written and spoken English
