While our presence in Singapore is growing, we are proud to bring the same values of professionalism, service quality, and continuous improvement to our operations here.Job DescriptionJob ObjectiveThe HR & Admin Officer/ Executive is responsible for providing efficient support in both human resources and general office administration. This position plays an essential role in managing daily HR operations, employee lifecycle activities, and smooth office functioning. It is ideal for individuals with a strong interest in HR and administration, a proactive attitude, and a keen willingness to learn and grow within the HR and administrative functions.Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resource Functions:
  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process including job advertisements, interview arrangements, and candidate coordination
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes including employment documentation and orientation scheduling and exit formalities
  • Administer work pass applications, renewals, and ensure compliance with MOM regulations
  • Maintain and update accurate HR records, employee files, and HR databases
  • Support leave management, medical and insurance claims, and employee benefits administration
  • Coordinate training activities including scheduling, registration, tracking and maintaining training records
  • Assist in planning and organizing staff engagement activities, welfare events, and company activities
Administrative & Office Support:
  • Monitor and manage office supplies and stationery to ensure adequate stock levels; handle procurement as needed
  • Oversee vendor management, including sourcing, comparing quotations, negotiating terms, and coordinating office-related services and maintenance
  • Liaise with external service providers for facility upkeep, equipment servicing, repairs, and courier arrangements
  • Ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of office operations, including maintaining office cleanliness, coordinating courier services, and preparing meeting rooms
  • Support administrative documentation processes, including accurate filing, scanning, packing, and record archiving
  • Perform precise data entry and provide general administrative support to the team
  • Assist the Manager with various ad-hoc HR and administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related discipline
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred (internship experience will be considered); 2–3 years for Junior Executive level
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel (e.g. VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail
  • Positive attitude, team-oriented, proactive to handle tasks efficiently
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information
  • Strong willingness to learn, adapt, take initiative, and grow professionally
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Comfortable supporting both HR and administrative duties
  • Able to commence work immediately or within short notice
