
Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

- Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
- Assist hiring managers with resume screening when required, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates’ values and cultural fit.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle — from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding handover.
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with candidate records.
- Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Track recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness and provide regular reports to management.
- Promote employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality talent.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies throughout the hiring process.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- At least 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or a similar HR role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and HR databases.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
