- Working Location: Tampines
- Working Hours: 5 days (Mon - Fri, 8.30am - 5.30pm)
- Salary Package: Basic salary up to $5,000 + Transport Allowance + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent Role
- Manage a broad range of semiconductor and electronic component products for OEMs, EMS providers, and independent distributors in regional and international markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with regional agents and global trading partners to ensure smooth supply and alignment with business goals.
- Work with engineering, procurement, and R&D to understand technical needs and provide suitable component solutions.
- Find and pursue new sales opportunities to grow market share in both high-volume and niche component segments.
- Support existing clients to drive satisfaction, retention, and repeat orders.
- Advise on product specifications, compatibility, and applications to support informed purchasing.
- Respond promptly to pricing, availability, order status, and logistics enquiries.
- Follow up after sales to troubleshoot issues and maintain ongoing relationships.
- Track sales results and KPIs; prepare regular reports to guide strategy and improve forecasts.
- Handle inbound enquiries and follow up on leads quickly and professionally to convert them.
- Work with supply chain, logistics, and finance to complete orders smoothly and keep customers satisfied.
- Diploma or Degree in Electronics/Electrical or related field.
- Strong knowledge of semiconductor and electronic components, including uses and market trends.
- Experience working with agents, distributors, and trading partners in the electronics supply chain.
- Good understanding of sales channels and distribution models in the semiconductor sector.
