Our client is responsible for the sales and marketing of consumer electronics and home appliances in Singapore.Job Description:
- Develop and cultivate business to achieve sales, market share and profit targets.- Plan, implement and execute business strategies to meet company objectives.- Prepare monthly sales reports and business performance reports i.e. sales and inventory status and control.- Manage dealers’ inventory through sell-out activities.- Manage promoters’ sales targets, deployment and sell out achievement.- Assist the promoters’ leave application and update HR Dept- Work closely with customers and retail outlets to enhance dealer relationships.- Understand the marketplace, including competitors’ products, pricing and sales strategies- Develop marketing strategy, product positioning and messaging- Handle advertising and promotion activities (i.e. product launches, product training and promotions etc.- Manage marketing, sales and product P&L to achieve profitability- Interact with business partners to achieve sales objectives- Perform sales and inventory management and purchase management- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the companyJob Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Business or Marketing or equivalent- At least 1 - 2 years’ experience in Sales and/or Marketing in consumer products- Possess Channel sales experience (Distributors, dealers, resellers)- Good interpersonal and coordination skills.- Proficient in MS Excel (must know) and PowerPoint- Knowledgeable of Business Accounting P&L is an added advantage- Team player with strong analytical, excellent communication and presentation skills- Good business acumen and able to conceptualize marketing directions- Able to work in a fast pace environment and willing to work overtime when required- Able to travel occasionallyCompensation:
