The JobWe are looking for a HR Executive to join our growing team and support a wide range of HR functions across corporate and site operations. This role is ideal for professionals with strong execution skills and a desire to grow in a project-driven, tech-enabled construction environment. You’ll be part of a collaborative HR team and contribute to building efficient, people-first practices.Key Responsibilities
  • HR Operations & Documentation: Manage onboarding/offboarding, maintain employee records, and ensure proper documentation for all HR processes.
  • Payroll Support & Statutory Compliance: Coordinate with finance/vendors for accurate payroll processing and ensure compliance with MOM regulations and company policies.
  • Employee Lifecycle Support: Assist with confirmations, performance review tracking, engagement activities, and exit processes.
  • HR Policy & Governance: Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and ensure adherence across departments.
  • Recruitment Coordination: Help manage hiring logistics including scheduling, contracts, reference checks, and onboarding support.
  • Work Pass & Insurance Administration: Handle applications/renewals for work permits and manage employee insurance matters.
  • Vendor & Internal Coordination: Liaise with outsourced payroll/HRMS vendors and internal teams to resolve queries and maintain timely processes.
Ideal Candidate
  • You have 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in construction, engineering, or other project-driven industries.
  • You hold a degree or diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • You are familiar with Singapore labor laws, MOM guidelines, and basic payroll and statutory compliance.
  • You are proficient in MS Office and ideally have experience with HRMS tools or payroll systems.
  • You are detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing both corporate and site-level HR tasks.
  • You are a strong communicator with a proactive mindset and a willingness to learn and grow in a structured team environment.
