
HR Manager (Taiwan, Taoyuan)

- Strategic HR Management - Design and execute local HR policies (recruitment, performance, training, compensation, employee engagement) in line with group direction and Taiwan's regulations.
- Talent Development - Build and deliver robust learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and organizational competitiveness.
- Employee Relations & Engagement - Lead retention, employee care, and workplace culture initiatives to foster collaboration and engagement.
- HR Operations - Manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, performance appraisal, compensation & benefits, training, labor law compliance, and employee services.
- Cross-Regional Collaboration - Partner with international HR hubs to implement projects, drive HR system integration, and support global alignment.
- Ad Hoc Projects - Support leadership with additional HR initiatives and assignments.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 7 years of comprehensive HR experience, with ability to independently manage HR operations.
- Strong working knowledge of Taiwan labor law with proven experience handling labor-related issues.
- Skilled in HR analytics and reporting to support decision-making.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and influencing skills.
- Hands-on, proactive, and resilient in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Cross-cultural or international corporate experience is highly advantageous.
