- Position Title: Inside Sales Executive
- Working Location: Geylang
- Working Hours: 5 days (Monday - Friday), 8.30am - 6pm
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + Commission + VB
- Duration: Permanent
- Handle and process orders from walk-in customers, as well as orders received by email and phone.
- Provide prompt and accurate service to all customers.
- Develop and acquire new customers using provided leads or by generating your own.
- Identify and reach out to new customers to expand the client base.
- Proactively follow up with customers to gather feedback.
- Maintain regular communication with customers for feedback and service improvement.
- Follow up with customers after job completion to collect outstanding payments.
- Monitor job progress and assist with payment collection once jobs are completed.
- Perform other sales-related duties and support the sales team with additional tasks as needed.
- Sales experience is an advantage but not required; training will be provided.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Motivated to learn and take on new challenges.
