HR Assistant Manager (Healthcare)

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and provide hiring recommendations
- Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding
- Collaborate with hiring managers to create comprehensive onboarding plans for new employees.
- Facilitate engaging and informative onboarding sessions to acclimate new hires to the company culture, values, and expectations
- Coordinate and facilitate the performance appraisal process, working closely with department heads and team leaders.
- Conduct performance calibration sessions to ensure consistency and fairness in evaluating group performance.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines to achieve and sustain organizational goals.
- Develop strategies to identify high-potential employees, creating succession plans, and implementing retention initiatives
- Compile and analyze HR metrics to make informed decisions and recommendations.
- Implement and support programs / activities that promote employee well-being and work-life balance.
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resource, Business or related field
- At least 3 to 5 years of proven experience as a HR Generalist, with knowledge of HR laws and best practices
- Strong interpersonal and excellent verbal and written communication skills to successfully interact with internal and external contacts.
- A strategic mindset to align talent acquisition and development strategies with the organization's goals and future needs.
- Ability to leverage HR analytics to assess recruitment effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and make data-informed decisions.
- Team player with ability to work independently
