- Lead and manage our sales organization in Singapore and across the SEA region, including district sales, strategic accounts, partner channels, and sales specialists.
- Own sub-regional P&L and deliver quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Develop and execute a 3-year strategic growth plan, with annual milestones.
- Drive market expansion in clinical and applied markets unique to SEA.
- Collaborate with global and regional teams on strategic initiatives, product launches, and competitive positioning.
- Partner with marketing to strengthen brand presence and leverage regional collaborations.
- Ensure timely launch of new products tailored to SEA market needs.
- Build and nurture a high-performing, scalable, and engaged team.
