- Deploy, implement, and support AI/HPC (GPU) infrastructure, including servers, storage, networking, and virtualization.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation such as design plans, statements of work, and test reports.
- Lead or collaborate on projects, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and technical objectives.
- Conduct proof-of-concept (POC) workshops to meet customer and business requirements.
- Provide technical expertise during project tenders, presales discussions, and field support.
- Work closely with vendors and customers to manage technical support cases and ensure resolutions.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and participate in relevant training and certifications.
- Diploma in IT or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of Linux server OS installation, configuration, and security hardening.
- Hands-on experience with networking, virtualization, storage, and distributed computing.
- Familiarity with HPC/AI infrastructure, software stacks, and Kubernetes/container orchestration.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and customer-focused with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
