We are seeking Technical Program Managers (TPMs) with security solutions deployment experience and a proven track record of success in a goal and impact-oriented environment. TPMs at Meta navigate loosely defined problem spaces and turn them into well-structured programs while being cross-functional relationship builders. They do it by assessing the big picture, finding connections where none exist, quickly building rapport across multidisciplinary teams, identifying and executing on a common goal to support Enterprise Engineering as we drive towards a more secure employee experience.Security Technical Program Manager, Enterprise Engineering ResponsibilitiesDefine, build and lead cross-functional programs to deliver end-to-end solutions which solve various problems in technical and business domainsAccountable for identifying and overcoming end-to-end, cross-functional problems in technical domains across client and/or server infrastructureLead execution and delivery of solutions to resolve business problems via strategic thinking and on-the-ground leadershipDrive and influence technical and product strategy, proactively identify problems, align on priorities, and set direction for a broadly cross-functional areaResponsible for defining and delivering on technical requirements that solve people problems and product, platform or infrastructure requirements in conjunction with partnersDefine and own what success looks like, metrics & measurement, rollout, and scalable and sustainable operational planDefine and execute communication plans for key security initiatives for varying audiencesBuild trusting partnerships to readily mobilize people and influence across a broad range of partners, leaders, and organizationsIdentify and improve inefficiencies in how we operate to move faster with higher quality outcomesAssist in rolling out security standards and risk assessment methodologiesCoordinate and enforce compliance with organization level security standardsLead requirements elicitation for new security solutions, identify security improvements and optimizations across the systemMinimum QualificationsBachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering with 10+ years of experience in software engineering, systems engineering, hardware engineering, or technical product/program management focused on information security and risk managementExperience in any of these areas: Identity and Access Management, Device/Platform Security, Data Security, Application Security, Cloud Security, Threat Modeling, Vulnerability Management, Network Security, and Datacenter deploymentsExperience delivering security programs or products from inception to deliveryExperience in technology architecture design and solutioningProject management experience centered around information security and associated technology implementationsExperience with executing day-to-day activities required for the development and tracking of information security initiatives, including the communication and management of policies, controls, and practicesExperience with communicating sensitive and impactful changes to a broad technical audienceExperience distilling complex technical information and conveying to different types of audiences to enable quick decisioningStrategic thinker with analytical and technology focused problem-solving experienceExperience with demonstrating negotiation and conflict managementDemonstrated experience with consistently working under your own initiative, seeking feedback and input where appropriate, across multiple teams to foster cross-functional working relationships. Includes working with and communicating with multiple partner teams and cross-functional partnersExperience establishing work relationships across multi-disciplinary teams and multiple partners in different time zonesResults-oriented and demonstrated experience of setting and meeting ambitious targetsExperience of working on issues may not be clearly defined and require strategy and direction, analysis of situations and conceptual thinkingAbout MetaMeta builds technologies that help people connect, find communities, and grow businesses.
