- End-to-end responsibility: from diagnostic and strategy development to execution and accountability for quarterly and annual goals.
- High exposure to various tech and business leaders depending on the focus project.
- Develop new tools and process to support the strategic direction of the organization.
- Create and manage long-term goals of the organization.
- Ensure goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team member performance.
- Prioritize programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization.
- Act as an internal accelerator across multiple organization to help implementation of new tools and processes.
- Work with internal stakeholders (tech, finance, legal, marketing teams) to drive scalable solutions and resolutions.
- Identify systems needs and/or define process to improve efficiency and enable scalability.
- Define metrics to measure the efficacy of internal resources and lead teams to improve metrics by making modification to current processes.
- Use data to inform system needs and prioritize system requirements.
- 10+ years of strategic or/and business development experience.
- Experience in challenging problem solving, deep diving into an issue, identifying root-causes and suggesting realistic solutions.
- Experience synthesizing information quickly, distilling key takeaways, and presenting insights to senior leadership.
- Experience working with large sets of structured and unstructured data and synthesizing into business insights.
- High standards and a bias toward action.
- Expert communication and interpersonal skills, must be able to run meetings and work streams with senior leadership across the company.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines, prioritize workload and achieve effective results in fast-paced and dynamic environment; effective multi-tasking skills are vital.
- Leadership experience.
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- BA / BS degree.
- Solid technical program management experience at a high level
- eCommerce, Customer facing features related experience

- In preparation for a job applicant's request for the return of hiring documents pursuant to the main sentence of paragraph 2 above, the Company shall retain the original hiring documents submitted by the job applicant for 180 days from the completion of the recruiting process. If no request is made until the end of this period, all of his/her hiring documents will be destroyed immediately in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act.
