
Senior Manager, Impact & Development

- overseeing the successful implementation and scaling (where appropriate) of key programmes pertaining to corporate volunteering and capability building, with measurable outcomes;
- directing high-level stakeholder engagements, including facilitation and embedding a strong learning component;
- spearheading partnerships with corporate leaders (within and beyond the Company of Good network) to deepen their corporate purpose journey and influence systemic change; and
- providing leadership, coaching, and professional development for team members to strengthen organisational capacity.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience
- Proven experience in overseeing and delivering multi-component programmes, including learning initiatives and organisational development interventions - at different levels of scale and complexity
- Knowledge of the corporate operational environment
- Strong project management ability and able to manage competing priorities in a fast- paced and changing environment
- Strong ability to write and communicate ideas clearly and concisely
- A strong networker who can build strong relationships to foster deeper and effective impact
