Our people are the catalyst, empowering our clients to successfully transform their businesses - join our team of able, confident, and motivated superstars.About the Role:As a Business Analyst at Vertis, you will play a key role in leading requirement gathering, designing business solutions, and collaborating with technical teams to ensure successful project delivery. You will work across various stages of the software development lifecycle and help guide clients through their digital transformation journey.Responsibilities:
  • Lead stakeholder engagement and requirements elicitation
  • Conduct gap analysis and create functional documentation
  • Translate business needs into technical specifications for development teams
  • Support testing phases including UAT and system validation
  • Facilitate design workshops and user training sessions
  • Collaborate with both local and offshore teams on solution delivery
  • Contribute to solution proposals and support pre-sales when needed
Requirements:
  • 3 to 6 years of experience in business analysis for IT or digital projects (Newly hired mid-career professional with more than 3 years after graduation)
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident (SPR)
  • Proficient in SDLC and Agile methodologies
  • Strong problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in government or enterprise-level projects is a plus
Nice to Have:
  • Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools
  • Understanding of system integrations and RESTful APIs
  • Knowledge of BPMN or UML for process modeling
  • Familiarity with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Previous involvement in data analysis or digital product development
