With rapid expansion plans, they are now looking for an IT Support Specialist/Officer to be a part of their team.About the Job ...As a Senior IT Support Specialist/Officer, your job responsibilities involve:
  • Delivering technical aid and support to end users in various offices, addressing inquiries and resolving computer systems, software, and hardware issues.
  • Taking the lead in projects aimed at improving end user experiences and developing necessary procedures.
  • Responding to customer queries through multiple channels, such as face-to-face interactions, phone calls, and emails.
  • Utilizing questioning techniques to identify complex problems and guiding customers through troubleshooting steps.
  • Employing diagnostic programs to resolve issues and conducting follow-ups to ensure satisfactory resolution. Generating reports to identify recurring malfunctions.
  • Conducting research and creating training manuals that outline technical procedures. Providing training to computer users.
  • Setting up and managing helpdesk tools, self-service centers, and ticketing systems.
  • Independently installing, modifying, reconfiguring, updating, and repairing computer hardware and software, including operating systems and antivirus software.
  • Resolving technical problems with local and wide area networks, voice over IP, and other systems. Independently setting up and troubleshooting computer peripherals for users, such as printers and scanners.
  • Configuring and troubleshooting mobile phones and their back-end systems.
  • Maintaining an accurate and updated inventory of IT assets, including computers, monitors, phones, tablets, etc., and creating business plan forecasts accordingly.
Skills and Experience Required
As a successful candidate, you should have at least 6 years of working experience in an IT Support/Engineer role with a strong experience in providing technical troubleshoot and resolution for Office 365.You should also have good experience in networking and server troubleshooting.Any exposure in the Financial Services Industry / Professional Services is advantageous to have.Whats on Offer
