Responsibilities:
  • Act as a point of contact for all Project related enquiries and issues.
  • Highlight if there is any ‘out of scope’ variations to services and bring up for discussion on how these are to be handled.
  • Able to have effective communication with internal stakeholders and clients as part of delivering the contract requirements.
  • Coordinate delivery of hardware and software with vendor & customer
  • Able to organize all project information in a structured manner and able to meticulously track the progress of each project until completion.
  • Utilize internal portals and applications (eg. SAP) to manage end to end project lifecycle.
  • Prepare and submit project documentations for internal processes and client signatories.
  • Able to carry out administrative duties such as raising of purchases, goods receipt, drafting delivery orders, maintenance agreements and billing to client timely etc.
  • Able to obtain client sign offs/approvals where necessary. Applicable to NCS internal stakeholders as well.
  • Ensure all project budgets are healthy and close off projects in a timely manner.
  • Understand how project budget is costed and ensure purchases are within project budget.
  • Able to forecast revenue and costs for each project (guidance to be provided)
  • Handle contractual obligations to clients and able to escalate to management team for guidance when issues arise.
  • Provide feedback for project exception report and ensure all project required documentation are consolidated for each project.
  • Complete all NCS mandatory trainings as well as declarations where applicable.
  • Able to track and report progress of projects, including completion of preventive maintenance tasks, back to back warranties.
  • Able to identify any gaps in cost sheets and lapses in warranty/maintenance periods (guidance to be provided).
  • Expected to handle multiple project codes at any time.
  • Perform all ad-hoc tasks as provided by team lead.
Requirements:
  • At least 1-3 years of working experience in administration or junior project management
  • Strong skills in data organization, data entry, ability to track and follow up outstanding tasks
  • Preferred if candidate has working experience in IT service integrator environment
  • Meticulous in work with keen eye for details
