- Review and process claims related to the Home Protection Scheme (HPS) and Dependants' Protection Scheme (DPS). • Ensure accuracy and completeness of claim documentation. • Liaise with relevant parties to gather necessary information for claims adjudication. • Oversee the administration of policies for HPS and DPS. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date policy records. • Handle policy-related inquiries and provide assistance to policyholders. • Provide support to supervisors in project implementation. • Conduct research and data analysis to contribute to project proposals. • Assist in the rollout of process enhancements and improvements. • Maintain proper documentation of claims and policy administration processes. • Generate regular reports on claims processing and policy administration activities. • Address customer inquiries related to claims and policy administration. • Identify opportunities to optimise workflows and increase efficiency. • Implement changes to streamline administrative processes. • Undertake any ad-hoc duties assigned, contributing to the overall flexibility and responsiveness of the team.
