Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and provide solutions to HR colleagues will be essential to your success.What you doLead a team of functional specialists to manage technical management, change requests, and enhancements of the Workday systemProvide strategic and operational leadership to ensure the smooth running of Workday for Group Human Resources in Singapore and the entities in the regionCollaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions that enhance the user experience and drive business outcomesDevelop and maintain a deep understanding of the Workday system and other HR systems to provide solutions to HR colleaguesAnalyze data and metrics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvementEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and proceduresWho you work withGroup Human Resources is at the forefront of our ongoing transformation.
