What the role is:You develop plans and solutions for raising the digital quotient of the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF).What you will be working on:- Perform horizon scanning and keep pace with latest digital developments and best practices - Organise and/or conduct workshops and lectures that contribute to raising the digital literacy for the SAF - Perform deep dives into areas of interests or start new projects - Engage with multiple agencies within MINDEF/SAF, Government Ministries and industry Challenge(s) - Keeping up to date with the latest digital developments to ensure that the digital literacy/maturity standards and training frameworks developed are on par with Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs), Government Agencies and Industry LeadersWhat we are looking for:- Education in a digital related field is preferred - At least 6 years of work experience in the digital or IT field Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.About MINDEF:The mission of MINDEF and the Singapore Armed Forces is to enhance Singapore's peace and security through deterrence and diplomacy, and should these fail, to secure a swift and decisive victory over the aggressor.
