
Sales Support Coordinator

- Support Aftermarket Sales Managers identifying customers and vessels scheduled for overhaul/maintenance and pro-actively look for new opportunities both with existing and new customers.
- Through analysis of data, prioritize and propose customers where we believe we will gain most benefit.
- Prepare maintenance planning packs (binders) for upcoming overhauls and ensure that entire KM portfolio is covered.
- Project manage and coordinate sales effort & activities towards internal and external stakeholders (binders)
- Monitor and follow up opportunities in close cooperation with Aftermarket Sales Manager and ensure that opportunities are kept updated in our CRM system.
- Prepare for and carry out handover to delivery organisation/aftermarket projects and support sales in their preparation for customer meetings and attend as required.
- Contribute to continuous process improvement and maximize utilization of supporting tools and systems. (Dynamics365)
- Relevant Diploma equivalent experience from marine industry
- Strong product knowledge (specific to the product requirements).
- Ability to work independently, with a systematic and structured approach.
- Excellent communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office, CRM, and ERP systems
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
