- Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 6.00pm
- Salary Package: Basic + Performance Bonus

- Answer phone calls and record messages during the absence of Sales personnel.
- Assist with sales activities: handle inquiries, process orders, pricing, product availability, and warranty tracking.
- Prepare quotes, proposals, sales presentations, and update delivery schedules.
- Raise Purchase Orders and coordinate with suppliers on deliveries, samples, and shipments.
- Receive and check stock upon arrival.
- Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, finance, technical) to ensure smooth order processing and deliveries.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Support sales and marketing initiatives, events, and launches.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation and filing.
- Track and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Ensure accurate paperwork and efficient tracking systems.
- Carry out other tasks as directed by supervisors.
- GCE 'O'/ 'A' / Diploma Holders
- 1-2 years' relevant experience in sales or admin, preferably in IT or tech industry.
- Candidates without relevant experience are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.
